Our Mini Vacation at Mountainaire

We had such a nice relaxing long weekend at the Mountainaire Chalet this past summer! Yes, I did say last summer… Since now we are in January, I thought I’d start with a more season appropriate picture of the lake before I break the nice chronology of this blog with some fun-in-the-sun pictures from back when it was hot…

Our summer time at Mountainaire was beautiful. The Barnreuthers, along with the Duguids, packed a lot of activities into one weekend and came away with memories our kids and us will treasure forever.

The weather was hot, and we loved walking down the street to the “beach” 🙂

The next day was spent “on” the lake

We even caught some tiny fish!

That evening we went to the downhill sledding track….
